I ordered the Byjus App for my kid for * years, *th & *th grade. The child used it for *-* days and then stopped using it. Its been since then I'm asking for my refund but no one is either calling back or reverting and Senior manager RituRekha is so ill mannered and rude. Its been * months I'm calling them continuously but no one is reverting and my emi is being deducted. I want my refund as soon as possible. My patience have been tested completely.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
