I bought byjus course for my kid for *th & *th grade. After using for *-* days, he didn't use the application again. While purchasing i was informed of **days refund policy. I asked for my cancellation within **days. No revert is coming from the team its been more than * months. The councelllar who sold us the product has left the company. Senior manager Riturekha is extremely rude and ill mannered and declined the call. I want my refund from this fraud company. i would never recommended this to anyone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
