I booked a round trip from Chennai to Varanasi through yata for the dates ** March **** (Indigo) and ** March **** (spicejet) respectively.
Due to lockdown flights were cancelled and Refund was made in the form of Credit shell by the airlines.
And the same had been confirmed by the Yatra and now when I planned to book the ticket on ** July **** what I found that they removed the option of utilising my Crefit Shell. After that I contacted to airlines they said that Yatra has requested the refund and the same has been processed. And now when I asked Yatra about my Credit Shell amount through mail, they are not replying.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
