EaseMyTrip com And AIR INDIA - Flight Reschedule ticket cancelled but not received full refund

I have booked a ticket through Easemytrip for AIrIndia the travel date ** Oct **** and the ticket was Kolkata to Bengaluru. PNR YP**B and the * ticket nos *************/*/*, *************/*/* & *************/*/* these three tickets i have cancelled on */**/**** after getting the information from AirIndia that this flight got rescheduled. during the discussion AirIndia have said that i need to cancel the ticket through travel agent and i will get full refund.
then i called EAsymytrip for cancellation they asked me to cancel online when i tried to do that i find there is no option to cancel with full refund because of rescheduling. once again i called them and they asked me to cancel the ticket with a remark that full refund because of flight got reschedule. i did the same and they promised a refund within **-** days.
after that my pain started and whenever i follow up they say some more time needed for refund. finally i got an sms from them for refund after deducting the cancellation charges. when i called them they said that they have not get full refund from Airlines even they have send me mail asking that you should get a mail from AirIndia that they have issued full refund. i had called Airindia customer service they said that they can't give any information as they don't have this information. after speking with different people i could able to find the exact contact details of Airindia and received a mail from Airindia that they have already provided full refund to Easemytrip.
when i forwarded this mail of Airindia to them they promised a reply within ** hours but once again no reply from them.
I am frustrated with this company and their entire set up is to upset the customer and not providing their legal payment. i had many pending payments during covid travels with Makemytrip & Yatra which i got refund whenever i have asked for. but this company don't bother to respond and always give false information.
Please help me to get refund along with the interest for this delay also i would like to be compensated for the harassment this people have done to me.
this travel agent should be banned for operating from India for following unfair practice.
