Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried to renew my Hathway Broadband internet service by paying INR ***/- online. After made payment service provider saying that they don't have service at my new location. Then, I just requested them to refund my amount. They are saying we cannot refund. service id ********M******.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
