Respected Sir,
I have cancelled my ticket for gomti express with pnr no :********** for october ** on * october due to some issue. Its been more than ** days I haven't receive the money of amt of rs **** in my paytm wallet. I spoke to irctc customer care he told me that the amount has been refunded on ** october & asked me to contact paytm helpline number. I have contacted them too they told me there is no such transaction took place or money being refunded. kindly solve this issue as earliest as possible.
