GYANANIDHI PADHIARY filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 22, 2023
*. My daughter, Gopi Swayamprabha (Maya) purchased a SAMSUNG Galaxy S** FE *G (Cloud Navy, * GB RAM /*** GB) mobile phone costing Rs.*****/- on credit card for my son to help in on-line studies & other necessities using her Flipkart account. The phone was ordered on **.**.**** & delivered on **.**.**** . The screen of the phone turned BLACK on **.**.****.
*. A complaint for REPLACEMENT was raised on **.**.**** and then two more times. As Flipkart could not replace it, Refund was also approved thereafter. Still, it could not materialize due to Flipkart's inability to pick up the faulty phone. Then it gave false assurance to refund our money time & again. But, it has not taken any action to refund money & to pick up the faulty phone till date.
*. I want our money refunded with suitable compensation and penal action against Flipkart.
