bewakoof - my product is not get returned and also they didnt gave any return option refund

I ordered a jogger from bewakoof app , after the delivery I didn't like the product so I returned it , and when deliver agent came to pick up the order he told there is no tag I'd and it's nt matching the tag number so ask them to pickup the return without QC and since frm last *-* days im mailing care@bewakoof.com to their mail Id but there is no response to my query I'm facing a bad experience regarding this , hope you will help me out .
