I have purchase Mobile phone on cash on delivery by Flipkart (OD****************** [Incident: IN********************] ) on date **-**-****
But when shipment is Delivered
Mobile Phone is Missing in the Box ,
Only Accessories is Available
After Informed their Customers support team
They was asked to wait **hours
But when No update has Receive
Again I contact them
Than Flipkart Customer Executive
Miss Pooja Chavan has Confirmed me ,
Seller will provide Refund About this Order
Refund is Reflect within * days and send the Confirmation Same
But when I haven't Received Refund nor any Confirmation
Again I contact them
They was asked to share the Bank Details
Because Due to technical Reason previous Refund Couldn't processed
I sent All details on Time by Email.
But Within ** Hours
When I open My Flipkart account It's Blocked
I Can't Open my Account
After contact Them
Flipkart Supported team do not Help Me Anything About this Case,
They Are Ignore All promise and Statement
I am Very Frustrated Related this
No one has Support me Yet .
So I Request please Contact to Flipkart and help me to provide my Refund
