Kindly assist in refund of the flight cancellation by Jet Airways for my travel scheduled for **th May'** booked through MakemyTrip. Since June - I have not been advised on any progress on this refund except that Makemytrip giving a very unreliable update that this is being processed and cannot give any commitment. How soon can my refund be settled please?
During my call with Makemytrip customer care on **th Jun - a reference number ************ was given with the advise that they will escalate my case for an early settlement - even today there is no answer!!
I had so far called MMT customer care on **th Jun, *rd and **th Aug and then today. No updates whatsoever - will really appreciate your care and empathy to resolve my claims.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
