I have paid for the trip (booked via "Make My Trip" website) after * days I have cancelled the trip and called customer representative for the refund, she told Rs **** will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded within ** to ** days , but almost * month is over yet no refund of the amount as well as representative is not picking up the calls and again saying it will be refunded after ** to ** days this is just fake resolution, I have paid through credit card and have to pay the interest also. Please help me in getting my hard earned money back.
I have paid Rs *****, and after Rs **** deductions as mentioned in the website rest money must be refunded to me.
