Travolook com - Refund of flight tkt not got

i booked a tkt from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar in travolook.com but a email came from there that tkt have canceled and full mount will refund that a call have came from them and confirmed that due to fare hike the tkt have canaled and same will refund with in ** working day . During this period i have called several time and was getting same answer . After complete ** days they told me that due to some technical issue from bank ,transection canceled and it will take another ** working days .During this period i called several time and answer was same only .After complete ** days now they are saying sir we raised a compliant and it will credit with * working days . Please help me to get my refund
