I had a ticket booked from Ahmedabad to Nagpur. For which the amount was debited from * accounts. One which did noylt go through another has been stuck as we asked to cancel the ticket due to certain family emergency. I have not received any confirmation kn cancellation of ticket and another the w amounts which has been debited from my and my family members accounts. They have been escaping from giving any confirmation on the same. I tried to get a resolution from Twitter platform as well. But now they asking me to contact AirIndia as we got the flight booked on Air India. This has been a pathetic experience with sucu harmful services. I feel like dieing here due to no money with me. Please help.
