Travolook agency - Refund of flight booking

I booked ticket from travolook. in site from hyderabad to patna on *nd february. After some time one representative from travolook called me that fare of flight is increased by **** if you want then pay else your booking is canceled and amount is refunded within ** hours. So I told to cancel flight ticket. Tilnow * months completed no refund came to me. Every week I call to customer care of travolook they told me that with * working days your amount is refunded and so on repeted reply given by them. I also mail them regarding this they also reply the same thing.
