Travolook agency - my money is not refunded yet

Mannu Saw filed complaint against Travolook agency on May 5, 2022

I have made a booking through Travolook website on **-**–**** from Hyderabad to jaipur by paying Rs.**** and it got cancelled after few seconds of booking and I received an email of the same mentioning reason as “technical issue ”. It has been almost * month and no refund till now even after number of calls and mail. Every time they said the same thing “We are initiating the refund and it will be received in **–** days. If we ask for proof of refund they said “we can't provide you any proof, it will be received soon, if not, call us again”. There is No refund even after * month.
