Travolook agency - Refund not received
Seema Kharbanda filed complaint against Travolook agency on Aug 3, 2022
I had booked a Indigo flight # *E-**** and *E-*** from Travolook site to travel from Chandigarh to Pune with * stop in Jaipur on **th June **** but the company immediately after booking mailed that the flight is cancelled so i will get my refund of Rs **** within few days.
I am continuously calling them and mailing for refund and every time they say it is under process. They are cheater agency so never buy from such sites as other genuine site pay within a week and here they are taking more than months to process my payment done directly from UPI.
Please help me to get my refund back asap as It is my hard earned money which I did to meet my daughter..
