I had asked Oda class for specific time batch(*pm) for my son during enrollment and it was agreed by call center executive while making the payment. Next day when enrolment details were updated in the app, we came to know that they assigned us different batch time(*pm) which was not at all suitable. And then we decided and applied for cancellation (within **hours) via their email - support@pigeonedu.com. For which we are yet to receive refund. We had stopped using the platform. But after a week of non-use, we were told by Oda's mentor teacher to join the classes at-least for **mins, otherwise account will become inactive and he promised us that it will not impact your refund in any way.
However when Oda support finally replied post * months that they reviewed the platform usage and as per their policy (which is not known to or shared with consumers) they said that refund can not be processed. So they waited for platform to be utilized and asked mentor teacher to encourage parents to utilize the platform by making false promises and then they can deny the refund on that basis. I had applied for refund according to policy mentioned on their website and still they are denying it. https://www.odaclass.com/refund
