ODA Class - not giving refund

I enrolled my child Abhinav Jha (Class *) in ODA Class on ** September ****.
I requested a refund on ** September ****, within one day of enrollment, as per their refund policy (eligible within * days).
The support team replied that refund process will take some time, but even after * months, no refund has been credited.
Multiple follow-ups through email and WhatsApp have been ignored.
This is clear negligence and unfair practice by the company.
I request the authority to take immediate action and ensure my full refund is processed.
