I have written a mail regarding my previous emails requesting a refund of the course fees paid for my daughter’s enrollment.
These people are ignoring the mails .. when mailed them ...they asked to provide my daughter's details and class.
But immediately after replying the mail....somehow there email id is not working suddenly. And the emails are not getting delivered. So unprofessional of them.
Pathetic behaviour on their part.
As we have decided to opt out of the course, we are no longer interested in continuing with the classes. However, despite my earlier emails, I have not received any response from your side.
I request you to kindly process the refund at the earliest and confirm the same. If I do not receive a response within the next few days, I will be forced to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
I hope this issue can be resolved quickly.
