Oda Class - Course changed for and they are not refunding

I booked classes for my son for class ** in Oda and they promised that if he doesn’t choose the group they provide , they will refund the amount.
He choose Commerce and they don’t provide commerce class and I asked for refund on ** March even before they started the classes
And today it’s ** April , still no refund has been made and are not even giving a proper response
