I enrolled my son for grade *. But due to internet unavailability, he is not able to join the online classes. I tried to connect with ODA Customer Care number provided by oda online classes for refund, but both the numbers provided online, are fraud and not working so I opt for email address provided by them at support@pigeonedu.com to initiate the refund on March**, ****. On April **, **** , I received a mail, that "WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE REFUN PROCESS WILL TAKE SOME MORE TIME . WE WILL ARRANGED A CALL WITH YOU SOON",but till date(May *, ****), I have not received any call from them. whereas after chat communication with the mentor Omkar Kamble, Sales Person Renuka , Priyanka , they said , "you are eligible for refund, but after that they blocked my number . so at last i want to lodge complaint against Pigeon Education Technology Oda . I have all Whatsapp Chat records with me as a proof and the Mails.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
