I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the long-pending refund for my canceled subscription.
On ** March ****, I purchased a subscription to ODA Class (offered by Pigeon Education Technology) for my daughter, Ananya Sarangi. Due to personal circumstances, I requested cancellation on ** March ****. As per your stated policy, cancellations made within * days are eligible for a full refund.
Despite multiple follow-ups over the past eight months, I have not received the refund, nor have I been provided with any clear update from your support team. This delay is highly disappointing and contrary to your company’s stated policy.
I kindly request your immediate intervention to process the refund without further delay and to share a clear timeline for resolution.
