Pigeon Education Technology Oda class - FEES REFUND

I had enrolled my son on their ODA online education programme on **th March,**. the amount I paid was INR **,***. Their policy said that we can ask for refund within * week of commencement of classes. Within * days I found that the classes were not appropriate for my son as the syllabus done was advance for him. We were enrolled by MR JUNAID. I messaged MR JUNAID that we dont want to continue the classes through Whatsapp on **th March,**. He did not inform me that I need to send a mail for refund. I chased him for * days, then we got to know that mentor has been changed. I talked to our new MENTOR, MR MAZHAR about the same. He informed me that I need to send a mail for refund. I sent mail to support@pigeonedu.com on *nd April,**. I got a reply that the refund will take little time and support team will connect to you. but nobody called me for about a week. I have sent *-* mails in queue but I did not get any reply from ODA till date. And MR MAZHAR asks me again and again to wait for support team to connect. In between the whole month, I got * calls, one from MS JAYA, who said the mentor has again been changed and some other rubbish things like, Why we joined the class if my sone doesn't want to do it.... Other class was from MR RAHUL, who promised me that I can connect to him and he would resolve the issue. but not getting any replies from him too.
I have all Whatsapp Chat records with me as a proof.
