I have occupied the room in BLR**** Bannerghatta Road, #*, *rd Cross Rd, Muthurayya Swamy Layout, Hulimavu on **st May **** ~ ** pm. I paid the advance amount of Rs **** and also room rent on *th June **** for the month of Jun’**. Due to health issues I vacated the room and left to my home town on *th June **** itself after handing over the keys and informing my onsite stay supervisor – Mr Varun and Mr Sangamesh. I was told the refund will be issued by **th July ****. I have been following up with both Varun and Sangamesh regarding the refund amount. They had informed me about the mail being sent to ops team and refund team. But now they have rejected the refund request stating that the i must have vacated after written notice which was never informed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
