I worked in ODA class for one year ** months .I worked in a retention project ,for which we were made to work extra hours and put under a lot of pressure and mental harrassment.After getting a good number in retention company was under curb of ED and they dealyed our payout for retention. We waited for many months and I have sent almost ** mails ,As I borrowed money to pay for my travel which was everyday *** back to home and for * months continued this ,I missed my papers as they verbally denied for leaves and told us you will be paid for this project as it was extra workload.
Then they terminated us all in batch wise and till now they are not paying me the retention money.
They hold the refund of hundreds of parents and tell biggest lies about their system .
Please help me
