PayTM - Refund of Cancelled flight ticket from paytm

I am writing this escalation because from the last ** days I am trying to contact Paytm care to resolve my query but no one gives any response to my mails .
They have just raised a ticket with number # ********* and they are not even keeping me in the loop so that I should be aware of the status.

The refund was provided from go air to Paytm successfully as confirmed with Go air airlines , Paytm is taking very long time to provide refund to customers.
Everyday I am asking for update in the Paytm support but no one gives any reply on this.

I request you to please look into this and help me to get the refund ASAP .
