JITENDRA SINGH filed complaint against UPSRTC on Feb 29, 2020
I have book online bus ticket on **th May ** for Prayagraj to Alambagh( Lucknow) and same day in evening bus service was cancel by UPSRTC and SMS received on mobile that refund amount of cancel bus service will automatically credit in bank A/C. Refund amount was not received in my account then i have call to UPSRTC Helpline number they told write a mail on online.support@upsrtc.com . I have write a mail with supporting document but till date i have not received my refund amount .I have call helpline number & sent many mail to UPSRTC but they have not reply any mail till now.
Please help to get refund amount from UPSRTC .
