Mukteshwari Chouhan filed complaint against Paytm on May 19, 2021
I had booked a bus from Udaipur to Mumbai(booking id **********) on **-Apr-**** but the bus was got cancelled by the operator and the same is confirmed by the operator on phone.I am in the impression that the amount was get refunded it but when I found that the amount is not refunded ,I raised the query to the Paytm. Paytm refuses to refund the amount citing the operator policy(Paytm is not providing the support document).
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
