Dixit R Bafna filed complaint against Joister Connect on Jul 28, 2017
My brother Paid a amount of Rs **** for *months **mbps speed to Joister Internet Service Provider in Mumbai on **th August ****. But there was no wire connection or Modem provided to me for using their service. Later I shifter from that place and moved to new place while shifting I lost the bill I paid . but few days back I got the Bill and Claimed for refund but they are saying that they cannot refund because I have used their service when I said them to check the logs of my usage they are saying they do not have logs. Which firm erase their one year back logs? And they are saying I should have said them earlier but in their term and conditions they have not mentioned any such clause that when the refund can requested.
