Sir, I booked GO Air flight from Ranchi to Srinagar using Travolook website on ** Jul ** and my flight booking No was REP********. My journey date was on ** Jul **** according to ticket but travolook cancelled this ticket on ** Jul **** after the payment of ticket which was Rs *,***/- (Rupees six thousand three hundred and ten only) immediately. On enquiry of this Travolook replied that it was happened due to operational issue. It has already been ** day to this incident, Travolook has neither refund my amount nor responding to my calls and E-Mails. Sir please look into this matter because i am posted disturbed area where mobile network is not working properly.
