I have booked * tickets from Dubai to Amsterdam round trip on ** Nov **** for travel dates ** April **** and back on ** June **** through Makemytrip. The airline was Saudi Arabian Airline which had stopover at Jeddah. Due to Covid-** breakout, all the flights were suspended. When I contacted Saudia Airlines for cancellation, they asked me to contact Makemytrip. I applied for a cancellation with Makemytrip by end of March **** and I got a reply on *nd April from Makemytrip confirming the cancellation request and stating that the refund will be processed in * to ** working days. It is now more than * months that I did not receive any refund nor I am getting any response from Makemytrip despite my repeated reminders. They cannot be contacted over the phone since the calls and chats are kept on automated replies mode.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
