Travolook agency - Refund of Airlines Ticket Cancellation

i have booked a ticket from Chandigarh to Bangalore through Goair dated. **.**.**** against above mentioned PNR Number but this flight has been cancelled.
As per my communication with Goair they told me that they have transfer the refund of Rs. *,***.** in the Travel Look account on **rd June ****. The Copy of the transaction details of payment of Goair is enclosed for your reference.
