I have booked airline ticket through udchalo. Flight cancelled by airlines. Now i am not getting refund. Udchalo is telling airlines are responsible. Airlines telling travel agent(Udchalo) is responsible. Connecting with their customer care is a herculean task.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
