Cleartrip India - Refund of Airasia Flight ticket not initiated

*) Reference Number - *********- On *th March **** ticket was booked and complete payment of Rs ****/- was done.

*) Reference Number - ********* - On **nd May **** due to error in system cancellation was initiated for one way of the return flight MTK**Y while doing the web-checkin of the one way flight U*EFKA. This cancellation was not initiated by customer.

*) Reference Number - ********* - On **th May **** . As cancellation was not done by us my father enquired about the ticket in counter. He was told as refund has been done so he needs to pay again. And my father paid the complete amount by VISA card. He was promised by Air Asia that refund will be done as there was no mistake from customer side.
*) After refund initiated by Airasia, Cleartrip is supposed to refund the same amount of ₹****/- to us but they refused on giving the refund to us. The Cleartrip team asked to cancel the ticket in order to process the refund but later they refused on the refund saying that customer cancelled the ticket hence refund can't be provided.
