I had booked a flight through cleartrip whch got cancelled. I was promised in August that my amount will be refunded in ** days and I have been regularly asking for an update for over * months now. All I get to hear is we are trying to talk to our finance team and they keep asking for ** hours since start of September. I had booked the same flight through another vendor and was refunded way back in August.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
