Cleartrip india - Airline ticket refund

I had bought an Air India ticket Frankfurt - Chennai return thru Cleartrip (Trip ID: ************) and cancelled the ticket on **nd April ****.I have been following up the case with them since **th August **** after I got to know from Air India the refund has been processed at their end on **th July. (Confirmatory mail from Air India dated *rd September is available with me and sent to Cleartrip). In spite of contacting several times, Cleartrip is not providing any clear answer on why payment is getting delayed.
For example, to my mail dated *th September **** below

*.Ticket was cancelled on **nd April. In yesterday's call your supervisor Ms Aruna told refund application was sent to Airline the same or next day. So, it is now *** days now.
*.I had sent you a mail from customer care Air India that refund was processed from their end.
*.Ms Aruna was to call today and confirm whether refund has been received or not after checking with your team.
*.I have not recd the call yet.
*.Please arrange call with supervisor I spoke yesterday immediately.

In order to initiate the refund process, we have to send a Refund Application to (Air India ). This process takes around **-** working days.

There are several such mails exchanged between me and Cleartrip and I just could not get any clear answers where the claim is lying and I am not able to see any genuine effort to resolve the issue
I strongly feel Cleartrip is sitting on my money and buying time.

Insincere, faceless organisation with no defined escalation process.
