WE booked tickets for Air India through Clear trip MUMBAI to JODHPUR dtd */*/** (TRIP ID ************), flight got cancelled due to lockdown . As per recent judgement of Supreme Court the travel agency to either refund or create credit shell to be used later on and to refund by **/**/** if credit shell is not used. Despite regular follow up mails to cleartrip team they are not responding and they are not accepting any calls stating shortage of staff due to COVID
