Madhur Nema filed complaint against PayTM on Feb 20, 2021
After as per guidelines from Hon. Supremecourt of India to get the refund of the Airline tickets booked during corana pandemic lockdown period. As I had choose Paytm application to book the Airline ticket. After the Hon. Supreme Court instructions Airline company initiated the whole refund to Paytm company but from Paytm company side but no refund has been received from Paytm.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
