Flipkart - Refund of Air ticket cancellation not initiated by Flipkart

This is regarding my refund amount ****INR, of air ticket cancellation against flipkart.
On **th April **** I cancelled the ticket via airline and airline sent me the final amount of refund as above. Air line customer executive told me that the refund will be initiated by flipkart as I booked from flipkart. Its more than ** days is gone I called number of times to flipkart travels every time there executive told me to wait for ** hours, **hours but still my refund amount is not transferred by flipkart.
