I had booked * tickets for Hyderabad to Patna for *th June **** Indigo flight with PNR OKYCTW. Due to flight rescheduling I cancelled it through Airlines and they provided credit note. I waited for next year and got information that my amount was refunded last year to Yatra. When contacted Yatra through their site, it was informed that they are in touch with Airlines as they have not got refund. Airlines provided me with refund reference no. and then also they took weeks to communicate that they have got refund and I should submit my account details and cancelled cheque. after submitting I was waiting for refund but they after lapse of few days they communicated that it has been transferred in wallet. After protesting, they have withdrawn off line as the site displays. I have to book tickets through my trip as I could not use wallet nor I have got my refund. My issue is still unresolved. I don't know what to do. I had been their customer for almost a decade. They have no customer care line working. You have to communicate through their site. Very very sad, they want to flourish on customer's money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
