I am writing to you to express my disappointment over the way the MYT treats its customer. Entire world know that Kerala is going through bad time due to natural calamities. We had planned our holiday for Kerala from *th Sep **** to *th Sep **** but unfortunately due to the current situation in Kerala it’s not possible to continue so we have requested for refund or alternative destination. The request is raised two weeks before by my wife (Mrs. Puja Sahney) and me are following up with MakeMyTrip Team from past ** days, but they are so irresponsible that they don't even bother to update their customer about status and every time they promise for call back and fail to do so. Today when I finally again called MMT team and spoke to Mr Sidharth but i was very disappointed to hear that we can’t refund or change the destination. I requested him to transfer the call to supervisor or provide me the official email id, but he refused to do so & said will arrange the call back within two hours which never came.
Policy are made to help the customer not to harass & mental torcher.
I hope you understand our situation and provide full refund or give alternative destination as per my request.
