Colive - Refund of advance amount after booking cancellation

I booked room at Colive *** Signature Towers, Bengaluru. I paid reservation amount, advance and first month rent while booking.
I was supposed to check in on March **, ****. But due to covid and lock down I couldn't check in . So I explained my situation to the property manager. He said I can check in after lock down.

In June first week, I called and ask him to cancel my booking as the situation is not improving.
So he asked me to raise a ticket in the colive application. I raised the ticket to cancel the booking. There was no response for a week,
then I called him again and given the request Id. After few days, they closed the ticket saying reservation amount cannot be refunded as per Colive handbook clause *.* , however I can still check in to the property.

Then I reopened ticket and asked about the advance amount and first month rent. Then also replied with same message(about reservation amount) and closed ticket.

After lot of calls and messages later, the booking got cancelled. Still no response about the refund of advance amount and first month rent.
Now I couldn't reach them by phone or by application. It's been more than a month since I raised request to cancel my booking.
