PLANET SPARK - Refund of

I had taken the three months of course recently from planet spark and I took only two sessions, after that I didn't find their curriculum adaptable for me, So after two days only I asked them to cancel my course and to refund the amount as per their policy one is eligible for refund after taking * sessions but I only took * sessions, Khushbu Tolani promised me to support if I face any issue if I ask for refund but she just ignored me and told me to connect with the customer care then I did the same & there I had word with divya chabra who told me that I'll get only the deducted refund of ****rs, However my course is worth ***** then I said ok if get my remaining amount but then she said that I'll get my refund in **-** days which is too long time period as I paid their fee from my credit card in EMI and I raised the ticket again and again that I need my amount early but they are not replying.
