Toothsi AMPA orthodontics - Refund of

Sorted in Tulsi for my teeth treatment they told me to pay ***** rupees to other process the procedure and scanning process of the teeth they also told me that customer can get it cancel anytime and can get ***% refund . Due to my financial condition the next day I told him that I do not want to do any process in to see and I want ***** refund they did not agree and told me that now nothing can happen and you will not get your ***** rupees now you have to do the process and you but you cannot get the your refund but to see refund policy says that a customer can get refund before the scanning process is done it means if the customer scanning process is not done he she deserves to get ***% refund so I deserve ***% refund from to see but they are not replying
