Toothsi AMPA orthodontics - poor customer service and misleading customers

They made me book the teeth aligner in a very short time. I made the full payment, after that I learnt a procedure called IPR has to be performed on my teeth in which my teeth have to be chipped from the sides. Isnt this an important info that should be shared with us at the time of booking? I had made the payment so I decided to go ahead with the plan. But later i realized the professional expertise of the doctors was not good. I also had some personal issue, and i couldnt trust these ppl anymore to treat my teeth so I called their customer care for cancellation but they straightaway denied, but upon my request he said a smilebuddy will give a callback. No one called, so I called to check again, someone said no ticket has been raised, and he will raise and I will receive a call in ** hours. Again no one called so I called to check again, someone again said no ticket has been raised. If no ticket had been raised then what had the previous customer care executives been doing? Then I read somewhere in there cancellation policy after ** days no refund will be made. So I realized, these support executives were just wasting my time by giving me false information, so that the cancellation period passes and so I cannot get the refund.

Toothsis customer support staff are looting customers by providing false information and misleading them. This is a serious offence.
All of this, has caused me a lot of mental trauma and I expected matter to be investigated seriously and my full amount refunded to me in * days.
