This is regarding brand factory online portal.i have ordered products from brand factory online portal . I have paid online with the credit card.But few product are undelivered.i have called customer care many times but they just give assurance that it will refund soon.
It's happening for multiple orders .for some of product just got informed refund is initiated but it's never reflected in my credit card.please note ,this is happening for multiple orders.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
