Swiggy instamart - Refund Not Yet Received

I placed an order on **th March **** from Swiggy Instamart for the product Powerbank with Order ID ***************. First of all the delivery was done very late. But after the agent came I ignored it. The time when I got the instamart bag. I asked the agent why are you late? He said sorry and started his bike immediately and went. After I opened the package, I was stunned. The powerbank itself was missing. Only the charging cable and the papers of warranty and instructions were there. I immediately contacted Swiggy customer care. I raised a return request on the same day, which was approved by the company, and the item was picked up by the delivery executive after inspection and photo verification. I was informed by the customer support team that my refund would be processed via UPI within * hours. That night someone from the Customer Care of Swiggy Called me and told that within ** hours your refund will be processed. But even after completion of ** hours hours too the refund is not yet received.The total value of the item is Rs.****. Out of which ** rupees was considered as delivery charge and it was processed and I got it in my account within * minutes. But the refund for **** is not yet received. When I went to check for the RRN number, it was not there. But for the Rs.** the RRN number was there. The company has acknowledged the delay and apologized, but despite multiple follow-ups, the refund amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Also, the chat support option for the order has been closed, and I am unable to raise further support requests from the application. This unnecessary delay, false assurances, and failure to process refund even after completing all required formalities clearly amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.I request that necessary action be taken against the company and my refund be processed at the earliest along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience.
