First, only half of my booking was completed that has caused lot of inconvenience to me.I got confirmation only for return ticket and I have to follow up and check many times to confirm that my Delhi to Sharjah leg is not booked. I paid extra to get that booked. Now, my refund is yet not received for that leg and really causing lot of irritation and anxiety as I have repeatedly follow up.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
