Customer support is very rude in swiggy. Agents are not at all caring about the customer. I have ordered from swiggy and the ordered got cancelled from the delivery boy. No one called us about it but swiggy is claiming that they tried to call which is not true. I have to get a refund of ** from them but it is not happened till now since the *th of May. Someone has to take the case of swiggy rude customer support. They don't have any call centre to call them. If we call them the call won't get connected as there are no active orders.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
