I had booked flight tickets from Bangalore to Munich and back. To apply for a Schengen visa. But due to Covid, the visa was not approved. So, when I cancelled the ticket, Gotogate did not respond at all. I only received an automated response initially. Attached are document of proof of cancellation from Lufthansa and automated response from Gotogate of the cancellation. But no refund yet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
